Login & Registration
How do I register and log into the website?
Only Leapmotor employees and Dealers can register for the website. Select the LOG IN button on the website and CREATE ACCOUNT.

Shopping & Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order after clicking ‘Place Order’, please email leapmotorstock@brandrepublic.com.au
NOTE: Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been placed into production.
I have not received an order confirmation to my email address?
Your order submission may not have been successful. Please contact us at leapmotorstock@brandrepublic.com.au to check.
Otherwise – your spam filter may be blocking our emails. Ensure to check your junk folder.
Postage & Handling
Is there a delivery charge?
Flat rate freight fee is $25.00
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email. Your dispatch notification includes a consignment number so your order can be tracked during shipping.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as orders will require a signature on delivery.
Can I pick up my order for your warehouse?
No. We’re unfortunately unable to allow collections from our warehouse.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by Credit Card only. We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard only.

How secure is my credit card and personal information?
Your security while shopping online is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.
All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure. The checkout securely encrypts all payment information which is sent directly to the bank, so we do not store your credit card details.
